Reservation Policies
It is advisable to make a reservation at least one day in advance (especially on weekends), however walk-ins are welcome and we will always try our best to accommodate your booking whenever possible. Clients are suggested to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to appointment to allow time for check-in, preparation and for you to enjoy our refreshing infused water before treatments.
To cancel or reschedule a reservation, clients are kindly requested to give a 2-hours notice. In case of unavoidable late arrival, clients are advised to notify our receptionist as soon as possible. Please keep in mind that arriving late for a service may require us to shorten the length of the treatment, with full charges applying, so as not to inconvenience other guests.

Therapist Request
You may request a specific gender or a preferred therapist while booking for an appointment. Please inform us in advance, or when you make a booking, to allow us to fit the preferred therapist into your schedule.
Noise & Mobile Phones
Our boutique is designed to provide a tranquil escape to our customers, we request you not to talk loudly in the lobby as well as in the private areas. Please keep conversations to a minimum to ensure tranquility within our environment. Mobile phones are discouraged, as it can be disruptive to your experience as well as being disturbing to other customers.
Tipping
Gratuities are not included in the price of our services. We encourage your gratuities as a reflection of the quality of service provided. Any gratuity given to your service provider is at your discretion. If you would like, the spa concierge can assist you with extending a gratuity to your therapist or service provider.
Inappropriate Actions
All massages are therapeutically oriented and non-sexual. Any remarks or gestures made by a client and interpreted by the therapist as harassment or sexual in nature will result in the immediate termination of the session, and the customer will be liable for full payment of the scheduled appointment.
